Maintenance Technician (Full-time, days)
Supports the daily operations, safety, and upkeep of our community. This position is responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance tasks including repairs, preventative maintenance, seasonal grounds duties, and response to alarms while ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for residents and staff. Some experience in painting, plumbing, electrical repairs and HVAC preferred.

Hourly range: $18.00 – $21.00 (depends on experience)
