Birgo is a mission-driven property management company dedicated to transforming communities and improving lives. We're seeking a technician for apartment communities in Lockport. Pay and Benefits:
• $24-$27/hr, Paid Weekly

Responsibilities:
• Turnovers/make-readies
• Repairs such as drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and/or HVAC
• Preventative maintenance
• Handle emergency on-call service for after-hours maintenance
• Other duties as identified to help Birgo improve lives through real estate

Requirements:
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Valid driver’s license
• Personal and reliable mode of transportation
• Lift and carry 50 pounds without assistance
• Safely utilize power tools
• Work in confined spaces; ascend and descend ladders and staircases
