Salary Range: Starting at $75,000 Negotiable based on experience

Logistics / Inbound Freight Coordinator
Responsible for managing and coordinating all inbound freight activity to ensure supply chain efficiency, visibility, cost control, and on-time delivery performance.
This role works closely with purchasing, transportation, vendors, carriers, and warehouse operations to oversee inbound shipments, backhauls, freight billing, routing, and carrier communication while helping maximize truck utilization and reduce transportation expense.

Education & Experience:
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or freight coordination preferred.
• Experience working with carriers, freight brokers, routing, or inbound transportation operations preferred

Qualifications:
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• High level of computer proficiency including spreadsheets, transportation systems, and reporting tools
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
• Ability to negotiate rates and manage carrier relationships
• Starting at $75,000 Negotiable based on experience
