Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Float | Full-Time

Location: Home site: 2412 Seneca St., Buffalo, NY

Schedule: Full-time, float position; shift schedule varies based on site coverage needs.
Pay: $23–$28/hour

Spectrum Health & Human Services seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide medical care in behavioral health and addiction programs.
Responsibilities include health assessments, vital signs, injections, medication support, documentation, patient education, crisis response, and care coordination.
