Inside Sales Rep in Hamburg, NY

Salary Range: Salary plus commission

We were one of the early job boards, and the very first in Western New York. We are looking for someone to work with both new and existing customers who are hiring in the greater Western New York area.

Inside Sales Account Executive (Full-time/ Part-time, Hybrid) - we will figure something out for the right candidate.

What you will do:
• Assist established customers with their hiring needs, assisting with both print and online ads.
• Prospect for new customers via telephone and email.
• Ability to work outside events on occasion, including job fairs

• We offer a hybrid work environment, where you have the ability to check emails and assist customers from home 1-2 days per week (once fully trained)
• Competitive Pay, Health Insurance, 401k Plan. Salary consists of base pay plus weekly commissions (determined by full or part time).

What we need from you:
• Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing – you will need to contact customers by phone and email in a professional manner.
• Prior successful inside sales & customer service experience - sometimes you hear no and need to stay motivated and overcome rejection.
• Attention to detail – you will review job descriptions and update ads online for customers.
• Good computer skills and knowledge of MS Office Suite, plus know the difference between a PDF and a JPEG.
• A minimum 2-year Associate Degree or higher preferred
