Inside Sales Associate in Alden, NY

Salary Range: $20.00-$25.00 hour

Inside sales associate for farm tractor wiring harness manufacturer. Must be a team player.

Duties will include:
• Wiring harness sales for most makes of farm tractors
• Enter sales on computer
• Electrical component parts sales
• Working with customers by phone and email
• Updating catalog and computer listings
• Assisting in wiring harness and battery cable assembly when needed
• Sales of non-electrical tractor parts from outside vendors
• Must be able to speak American English clearly on the phone
• Must be comfortable working with a computer
• Must be able to handle unexpected problems
• Must be able to stand for extended periods
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds

Must be mechanically inclined, and have knowledge of, or willing to learn electrical systems and characteristics of all brands of farm tractors from the 1920’s to the 2000’s.

Pay rate will vary by experience and performance:
• $20 ($41,600 yr.) per hour for no experience or minimum experience
• $25.00 ($52,000 yr.) per hour for parts or other technical experience
• Health insurance available
