The Human Resources (HR) Assistant plays a vital role in supporting daily HR operations. Responsibilities include maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes, managing administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews and preparing documents, and providing general support to the HR Manager and employees regarding policies, benefits, and payroll.
