Salary Range: $53,000-$70,000/year

Housing Rehabilitation Programs Manager: Directs operations of housing rehabilitation loan programs to provide landlords, low-income homeowners, and renters with rehabilitated housing. The position emphasizes leadership, compliance, program development, data management, and public representation. This position is crucial for the successful delivery of housing rehabilitation services, requiring a combination of management, analytical, and communication skills to promote effective program execution and compliance. $53,000-$70,000/year*

Supervisory: Directly supervises Housing Rehabilitation Specialists in the Housing Rehabilitation Programs. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; and addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Comprehensive knowledge of residential building systems (structural, electrical, plumbing, etc.) and demonstrated experience with residential construction and rehabilitation.
