Housing Inspector: Ensures that housing assisted through the Section 8 Programs is decent, safe, and sanitary, and in compliance with federal housing quality standards. $39,000-$48,000/year*

Supervisory: None

Education &/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree, or associate’s degree in a related field with two years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills: Ability to work independently and manage time, and organize workflow. Interpersonal, listening, organizational, and computing skills. Must be sensitive to people’s difficulties and capable of responding to clients in a non-judgmental manner.

*Driver's License and reliable transporetion required for position.
