Salary Range: $21-$35/hour, prevailing wage on certain projects

General Construction Laborer (Heavy Highway/Concrete Streetscapes) Full time, $21-$35/hour, but depends on prevailing wage scale on certain projects.

Millennium Construction is hiring General Construction Laborers to support our concrete streetscape and heavy highway projects throughout Western New York. This is not entry-level “odd job” work. This is infrastructure — sidewalks, curbs, roadways, and public improvement projects that shape our communities.

What You’ll Do:
• Assist with installation of sidewalks, curbs, and concrete streetscapes
• Support roadway and heavy highway construction projects
• Perform grading, site prep, and material handling
• Work alongside operators, carpenters, and foremen
• Follow strict safety and job site protocols
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions

What We’re Looking For:
• Construction or outdoor labor experience preferred
• Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting 50+ lbs)
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Willingness to work overtime during peak construction season
• Comfortable working as part of a crew
• Valid driver’s license preferred

Union experience is a plus. Some projects may be subject to union agreements and/or prevailing wage rates. We are willing to train motivated individuals looking to build a long-term career in construction!
