Salary Range: $18.00+/hr.

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our Pool Construction Team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in the construction and installation of pools, ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities:
• Follow blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure accurate construction and installation.
• Work collaboratively with team members and contractors to complete projects on schedule.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Keep work areas clean and organized, and properly maintain tools and equipment.

Requirements:
• Must have basic carpentry, plumbing, or concrete knowledge.
• Previous experience in construction or a related field preferred but not required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
