Full-Time Janitor
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment throughout our facility. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work and contribute to maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for employees and visitors.

This position has a schedule of Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm with occasional Saturday overtime.

Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain all office spaces, conference rooms, and employee break areas
- Vacuum carpeting throughout the facility
- Dust, mop, strip, wax, and buff all hard floors and aisles
- Remove all garbage and recycling from the facility in a timely manner
- Clean and sanitize all restrooms
- Assist with general maintenance tasks as required
- Communicate equipment and supply needs to the supervisor on an ongoing basis
- Support and assist in the training of new employees

Qualifications
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment and tools safely
- Ability to operate heavy machinery, i.e. snowblower and tractor
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical tasks related to cleaning duties

$19.26/hr. | Days (Monday-Friday)
