Shift Times:
Monday-Friday: 7:30am-1:30pm, 1:30-7:30pm
Saturday: 7:30am-2:30pm
Sunday: 9:30am-2:30pm

Must work shifts and have weekend availability.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to providing excellent customer service to a diverse patient population
• Dependable and punctual
• Computer/software skills are required

Key Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming patient phone calls
• Check patients in upon arrival and fill treatment rooms
• Efficiently manages an integrated appointment schedule for multiple providers, patients and appointment types
• Collects patient payments and co-pays in accordance with practice policy
