Salary Range: $20.00-$22.00/hr. based on experience

Flex Team/Farm Labor, Clarence, NY/ Basom, NY – $20-$22/hourly.
The Flex Team Associate I is an entry-level position to learn the duties relative to poultry house sanitation, specific bird procedures (pullet vaccinations and moving birds from pullet rearing houses to laying houses), and assisting in other activities throughout the farm according to established procedures and instructions.
These tasks must be done using good judgement while following pre-established guidelines and procedures, using safety-first practices.
