Salary Range: $20-$26.50/hour

A global manufacturer seeks a Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform general building maintenance, janitorial services, and basic facility repairs. This role helps ensure the facility remains clean, safe, and operating efficiently while supporting maintenance projects and daily operations.

Responsibilities
Perform general building maintenance and preventive maintenance tasks
Assist with minor repairs to building systems and equipment
Clean common areas, restrooms, stairwells, air ducts, and other facility spaces
Collect and dispose of waste and recyclables
Replace light bulbs, ceiling tiles, and other basic building components
Perform minor restroom plumbing repairs and maintenance
Assist with tenant improvement and facility maintenance projects
Receive and distribute vendor and tenant deliveries
Complete work requests in a timely manner
Assist with snow removal and other seasonal facility needs
Perform additional maintenance duties as assigned

Job Requirements
High school diploma or GED
1+ year of facilities maintenance, janitorial, or building maintenance experience preferred
Basic knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices
Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and technical documents preferred
Familiarity with mechanical testing equipment is a plus
Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Basic computer skills preferred
Willingness to complete required safety training and follow established safety procedures

$20-$26.50/hour
