Estimator/Project Manager in Clarence, NY

Salary Range: $95,000 and up , based on experience

Estimator/Project Manager
• Perform take-offs on blueprints for projects
• Present prepared estimates by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information
• Provide weekly updates to owners on the status and progression of the project
• Communicate with the field foreman for field reports, changes, or issues as they arise
• Computer literate in various programs; especially Microsoft Office and Blue Beam
Strong communication skills; verbal and written
• Able to analyze and plan
• Detail Oriented
• Estimating/construction experience is a plus
• $95,000 and up
