Salary Range: $100,000-115,000 yearly +$10,000.00 sign-on bonus

DIRECTOR OF NURSING: $10,000.00 SIGN-ON BONUS!! Full-time. Responsible for the operations and programs of the nursing care unit.
Directs, coordinates and supervises all clinical staff. Maintains and ensures compliance with NYS
DOH regulations. Salary range: $100,000-$115,000 and a $10,000.00 SIGN-ON BONUS!!

Qualifications:
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred, MSN is desirable
• Minimum of five years of long term care nursing preferred; minimum of eight years of nursing experience required
• Three years of supervisory experience preferred
• Must have knowledge of New York State Department of Health regulations and vast experience with survey processes
• Holds a current, unencumbered registered nursing license to practice in the State of New York
• CPR certification
• Demonstrated knowledge and skills necessary to provide care primarily to the geriatric population
