Demolition & Asbestos Laborer in Buffalo, NY

Salary Range: $25-$35/hr Based on Experience

Position: Demolition & Asbestos Laborer
Location: Western New York

We are seeking hardworking and dependable Demolition & Asbestos Laborers to join our team. The successful candidate will assist with demolition, asbestos abatement, site preparation, and cleanup activities while maintaining the highest safety standards.

Responsibilities:
• Perform demolition of residential, commercial, and industrial structures.
• Assist with asbestos abatement and hazardous material removal projects.
• Set up and maintain containment areas and negative air systems.
• Safely handle, remove, and dispose of asbestos-containing materials.
• Operate hand and power tools, as well as demolition equipment.
• Conduct site cleanup and debris removal.
• Follow all company safety policies and regulatory requirements.
• Wear and maintain required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Work effectively as part of a team to complete projects on schedule.

Qualifications:
• Previous demolition, construction, remediation, or asbestos abatement experience preferred.
• Current asbestos worker certification/license (or willingness to obtain) is an asset.
• Knowledge of safe work practices and workplace safety regulations.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, carrying, bending, and working in confined spaces.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
