We are currently hiring a Day Habilitation Manager to help lead daily programming that supports individuals in developing skills, building relationships, and engaging in community life.

What Your Day Might Include

- Guiding our Direct Support Professional (DSPs) staff as they support program participants
- Helping organize community-based activities
- Monitoring progress and service delivery
- Maintaining a safe and supportive environment
- Working directly with individuals in programming activities

What We’re Looking For
Experience in human services and a passion for helping others succeed.
Candidates may qualify with:
- Bachelor’s degree + 1 year experience
- Associate’s degree + 2 years’ experience
- High school diploma + 5 years’ experience
- Valid NYS Driver’s License with approved driving record

Position Details
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm. No nights, weekends or holidays worked!

Pay: $26.01 per hour
