The Coordinator of Data Assessment and Reporting will help build a results oriented environment by collecting and analyzing the data that drives effective programming and positive outcomes. Additionally, the incumbent plays an instrumental role in the organization through management and coordination of BOD reports, assessment of logistics and, at various times throughout the year, managing and verifying system integrity and the day-to-day data and informational needs of Program staff. Performs other duties as assigned.
Areas of Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Data Coordinating and Reporting
Collaborate with senior management to implement the agency's CAP 60 system for collection of client data
Create and produce various reports accurately and on time (monthly and quarterly reports, progress reports, compilation and distribution of Board reports, etc.)
Coordinate and prepare timely and accurate submission(s) of city, state and/or federal reporting requirements (as determined by funding mandates)
Develop processes and systems to effectively collect and securely maintain records in agency's CAP 60 system
Utilize data platforms (CAP 60) to generate reports for use by senior management and Board of Directors in analyzing progress towards performance goals
Perform data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and potentially useful information for Program staff
Responsible for maintaining performance assessment records.
• 1 to 4 years’ experience designing, developing and generating reports from a relational database application. Database design, deployment and coordinator experience is highly desirable.
