IMA Life is looking for energetic people with good work ethic to fill the following position:

Customer Service Technical Coordinator

• Coordinate & support key CS suppliers for outsourced repairs / services of capital equipment.
• Provide technical knowledge of equipment & maintain vendor relationships on a technical level.
• Supports SAMs in Tonawanda for materials, knowledge of equipment and services offered to our clients.
• BSME, BSCE or equivalent with 3-5 years related work experience
• Experience and skill in technical liaison with vendors and customer in both written and verbal forms.
• Ability to create accurate detailed QAR’s for various Freeze Dryer upgrades and other capital equipment as required
