Customer Service Representative in Buffalo, NY

Salary Range: $18.00/hr.

A growing company looking to add to our team of dedicated customer service representatives.
Searching for an individual to supplement our afternoon/evening office team.

Responsibilities include:
• Speaking with customers over the phone
• Entering customer orders into computer
• Addressing customer questions
• Miscellaneous office tasks (scanning/filing, etc.)

Skills required:
• Great communication skills
• Basic phone skills
• Basic computer skills/familiarity with email.

Part-Time. Flexible days/hours based on candidate availability.
Shifts will fall between 2pm and 10pm (5-8hr shifts).
Weekend availability is needed.
$18/hr. to start.
