Salary Range: $55,000-$60,000 annually

KGB Aviation Solutions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Agent to join our team.
This position is responsible for supporting customers throughout the service process by preparing quotes, coordinating customer documentation, processing invoices, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from start to finish.
The ideal candidate is organized, communicates professionally, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
• Prepare customer quotes for aviation services.
• Generate accurate invoices and verify billing information.
• Communicate with customers to obtain information needed to complete work.
• Request and verify purchase orders (POs) prior to processing work.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer questions and service updates.
• Prepare and distribute rental agreements for customer rental equipment.
• Coordinate and invoice the DART Tool leasing program.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure timely processing of customer requests.
• Provide exceptional customer service while building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications
• Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or order processing preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
• Experience with invoicing, quoting, or ERP systems is a plus.
• Aviation industry experience is helpful but not required.
