Salary Range: $23.07 - 25.64/hour

The Critical Time Intervention (CTI) Case Manager will play a vital role in supporting individuals during pivotal moments of transition. You will work collaboratively to provide guidance, resources, and advocacy, ensuring a seamless integration into stable environments. Your compassionate approach and strategic problem-solving skills will empower clients to overcome challenges and achieve long-term success. $23.07 - 25.64/hour
