OnTrack is an innovative treatment program for adolescents and young adults who have recently had unusual thoughts and behaviors.
Care and support services are provided from a specialized team that helps participants learn the skills they need to achieve their goals for school, work, and relationships.
OnTrack provides care and support for up to 2 years, based on the needs of each client served.
OnTrack has openings to work in both Buffalo and Fredonia. In addition to our generous benefits package, since this is a community-based program, hired candidates will receive a related weekly community incentive payment!
