Counselor I in Buffalo, NY

Salary Range: $27.28-$28.82 per hour

Transitional Services, Inc. is looking for a Counselor I
Accurately assesses the resident’s needs, strengths, and preferences in relation to their life goals; uses a person-centered, trauma-informed, recover-oriented approach to
services; conducts recovery planning, implementation and documentation according to agency and Medicaid standards; meet with residents in their homes.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in human services plus 1 year of
paid direct service experience in a mental health or human service setting
