At Blue Cave Italian, we serve authentic, chef-driven Italian cuisine with heart and passion. Led by our chef-owner from Sicily, Italy, we’re looking for Prep and Line Cooks to join our team. This is your chance to learn hands-on from a master of traditional and modern Italian cooking.

What You’ll Do:
-Prepare fresh ingredients (veggies, meats, sauces, etc.)
-Set up, maintain, and clean your station
-Follow recipes and assist with cooking tasks
-Ensure cleanliness and food safety throughout the kitchen

What We’re Looking For:
-Passion for food—especially Italian cuisine
-Reliable, clean, willing to work evenings/weekends
-Previous kitchen experience preferred, but not required
-Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Requirements:
-Ability to stand for long periods
-Kitchen safety and food handling
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
