Construction Technician Buffalo & Rochester

Job description:
Paul Davis Restoration of Greater Rochester NY is a growing insurance restoration company focused on Residential and Commercial Water, Mold and Fire Damage. If you are looking for a stable work environment with a high achieving staff for a long term career we are the right place for you.
We are seeking an Experienced Construction Technician willing to learn a new business and grow with us as we promote from within. This is a full time year round job that is guaranteed 40hrs/week+.

Tasks that you will be trained to complete while working under a Lead Technician:
• Demolition of Drywall, Flooring, and Small Structures
• Extraction of Water and Sewage from water damaged homes and businesses
• Setting up specialized drying equipment
• Cleaning of Fire burned structures
• Mold Remediation after company provided NYS training
• Must have basic construction skills and have worked on construction sites in the past.
• Ability to work off-hours shifts as needed to complete job responsibilities.
• Able to work around a variety of chemicals without any adverse reaction or sensitivity.
• Follows established safety practices including the proper use of PPE when required.

This is a 40hr/week position with working hours from 8:00AM - 4:30PM, Monday - Friday. On-Call shifts are required for one night a week (from 4:30pm to 8:00am the next day) and as needed, which is an opportunity for additional income .
Must have a valid NYS driver's license with min of three years driving experience
All training is provided, need a positive attitude and desire to learn new skills.
