Concrete Repair Technician in Tonawanda, NY

Salary Range: $30-45/hr

A-1 Concrete Leveling seeks a Concrete Repair Technician to join their rapidly growing team in Buffalo, NY. As a Concrete Repair Technician, you will be responsible for assisting in the completion of concrete leveling projects.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Perform miscellaneous labor including pressure washing, caulking, sealing,
• drilling, and patching.
• Educate customers on expected outcomes.
• Contribute to completion of concrete leveling projects from start to finish.
• Read and interpret plans, schematics, blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Create specialty grout mixes on our proprietary pumping equipment.
• Ensure results meet quality standards and specifications.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Be willing to learn from highly skilled technicians.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
• Prior experience in a skilled trade (e.g., plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC,) preferred.
• Experience working with concrete and/or caulking, or working in construction is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience handling transactional customer interactions (providing customer education, collecting payments, service coordination, etc.) is a plus.
• Must possess a US driver license with a clean driving record.
• OSHA 10 or higher certification preferred.
• Mechanically inclined.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Trainable and motivated to grow within the company.
