ADMINISTRATION – Concierge:
Part-Time, benefit eligible, 20 hours/week. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00am–2:00pm

We are seeking a friendly and professional Concierge to provide exceptional customer service to members of our independent living community. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for community members and play a key part in creating a welcoming, supportive, and positive environment. Hospitality or customer service experience preferred. Hourly rate: $18.00

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the main point of contact for community members
• Provide prompt, courteous, and professional customer service
• Assist residents with various tasks and requests, including simple IT requests
• Coordinate all transportation services
• Offer general support to enhance the community member experience

We are a drug free, smoke free and tobacco free campus. Must be flexible and able to rotate some weekends and some holidays, for certain positions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required for all positions.
