Salary Range: $24 - $30 per hour + company vehicle

Join one of Western New York’s largest commercial real estate owners. Iskalo Development Corp. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support our portfolio of office, medical, retail, hospitality, and residential properties.

This is a steady, year-round position maintaining the same portfolio of buildings—not traveling from one residential service call to another.

Responsibilities include carpentry, drywall, general repairs, preventive maintenance, building inspections, and basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical work.

Qualified candidates should have relevant maintenance, construction, remodeling, or carpentry experience; strong troubleshooting skills; basic computer skills; and a valid NYS driver’s license with a clean driving record.
