Salary from $22 to $25 HOUR (USD)

Pacific Capital Exchange is seeking motivated, professional, and results-driven Collections Representatives to join our growing team in Buffalo, NY.

We are looking for individuals who are confident communicators, competitive, dependable, and motivated by performance-based earning opportunities. Previous collections experience is preferred, and candidates with strong sales or negotiation backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.

Compensation:
$22.00–$25.00+ per hour, based on experience and performance

Additional performance-based bonuses and incentives are available.

Schedule:
• Monday–Friday
• 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• No weekends
• Employees also have opportunities to earn early dismissal on Fridays through performance contests.

Responsibilities:
• Contact consumers regarding outstanding account balances
• Work with consumers to identify appropriate payment arrangements and account resolutions
• Negotiate payments professionally and effectively
• Maintain accurate documentation of account activity
• Meet individual and team performance goals
• Follow company policies and all applicable collection and consumer-protection regulations
• Maintain professionalism during inbound and outbound communications
• Work collaboratively with management and other members of the collections team

Qualifications:
• Previous collections experience preferred
• Sales, customer service, or negotiation experience strongly encouraged
• Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills
• Goal-oriented and motivated by performance
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Reliable attendance and professional work ethic
• Strong computer and data-entry skills
• Ability to handle challenging conversations professionally
• Willingness to learn and accept coaching
