CNC Machine Operator in West Falls, NY

Salary Range: $28–$32 per hour, based on experience

Wizard Cooling Inc., a fast-paced, innovative, Made-in-USA performance cooling manufacturer, is seeking a highly skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our growing team.
This role is critical to producing precision components for our high-performance radiators and fabrication department.

Key Responsibilities
• Operate and maintain CNC brake and CNC laser cutting machines with a high degree of accuracy.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and production work orders.
• Set up tooling, fixtures, materials, and machine parameters.
• Perform quality checks and measurements to ensure precise tolerances.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with fabrication and engineering teams to support production needs.
• Document work, update job travelers, and input information into our software systems.

Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of professional experience operating CNC machines, specifically CNC brake and CNC laser.
• Strong proficiency in computer-based workflows, including machine software, file management, and digital quality documentation.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings, schematics, and fabrication diagrams.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of producing consistent, high-quality work.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems is preferred.
