Hartloff Benefit Solutions, a full-service employee benefits and Medicare firm, is looking for a highly motivated Client Experience Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:
As the Client Experience Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for client service inquiries and the behind-the-scenes backbone of our operations. You’ll support our small and mid-market clients with renewals, enrollment materials, CRM management, and day-to-day client service tasks.
This is a critical support role ideal for someone who is highly organized, tech-savvy, client-focused, and thrives on getting the details right every time.

What You’ll Do:
• Be the go-to contact for client service and support
• Prepare and process renewals, proposals, and enrollment materials
• Maintain client information with accuracy in our CRM and systems
• Submit paperwork, track timelines, and follow up with clients and carriers
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless implementation and service
• Manage EASE/Employee Navigator enrollments
• Stay on top of industry trends and product knowledge

What You Bring:
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and enrollment platforms
• A passion for helping others and a service-first mindset
• The ability to manage competing deadlines and maintain accuracy
• Willingness to obtain your NY LAH license within 90 days (if not already licensed)

• Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM
