Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000 based on experience
Tripifoods is seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer to lead our financial operations and drive long-term fiscal growth. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the CFO will act as a key strategic partner, overseeing financial planning, risk management, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Planning: Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute long-term financial and business strategies.
• Financial Operations: Oversee daily accounting, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger accuracy.
• Compliance & Auditing: Ensure adherence to GAAP standards, tax laws, and internal controls; manage external audits.
• Stakeholder Relations: Manage relationships with banks, investors, auditors, and the Board of Directors.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and scale the internal finance and accounting team.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Economics; MBA or CPA strongly preferred.
• Experience: 3-5 years of progressive executive leadership experience in financial management.
• Skills: Expert proficiency in financial modeling, risk analysis, and IRP/accounting.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting to board members or executive teams.
