Salary Range: $22.00 - $28.00/hr based on experience

About the Position :
EnerGsmart Insulation is seeking an experienced Cellulose Insulation Installer to join our growing team. We are looking for a dependable, safety-focused professional with hands-on experience installing cellulose in both loose-fill attic applications and dense-pack wall systems. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality workmanship, works well with a crew, and understands building science principles related to insulation and air sealing.

Responsibilities :
• Install cellulose insulation in attics using loose-fill equipment.
• Perform dense-pack cellulose wall applications in existing houses.
• Operate and maintain insulation blowing machines and related equipment.
• Prepare job sites, protect customer property, and maintain a clean work area.
• Identify and seal air leakage points when required.
• Measure and verify insulation coverage to meet specifications and energy code requirements.
• Work safely on ladders, scaffolding, attics, and crawlspaces.
• Complete daily job documentation and communicate effectively with supervisors and customers.
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.

Qualifications :
• Minimum 2 years of experience installing cellulose insulation.
• Proven experience with loose-fill attic & dense-pack wall applications.
• Ability to operate insulation blowing equipment independently.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the day.
• Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, and varying weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Preferred :
• Experience with air sealing and weatherization projects.
• BPI, OSHA, or other industry certifications.
• Experience leading a crew or training new installers.
• CDL or experience towing equipment trailers.
