Experienced Carpenters Abilities and Knowledge:
• Has excellet as a helper or has described abilities to be designated as a Remodeler/Tech.
• Has reading, writing, and math knowledge.
• Has graduated from high school and may have some college education.
• Must be physically fit and able to lift loads of 80lbs
• Be able to work on ladders and roofs up to 30 ft off the ground.
• Represent the company with proper dress.
• Becoming a leader in the company. Has a complete understanding of the company goals and procedures. Will enforce all company policies regarding safety, foul language, drugs, drinking and smoking. If someone continues to violate these policies, you must report them to your Crew Lead and PC.
• Enforcing all company safety policies and providing safe conditions for workers and clients.

General Responsibilities:
• Acts as the right-hand man to a Crew Lead (the second in charge).
• Excels and is fluent in their specific trade.
• Excels and is willing to teach your strengths. Understand your weaknesses and look to grow.
• Communicates well with Crew Lead and PC. Takes an active and responsible role in the project, and can work unsupervised.
• Reports routinely and communicates with our clients. Demonstrates ability to control clients and projects.
• Can lead and motivate others, sets goals, and has the ability to delegate work based on Crew Lead objectives.
• Understands our project process and project profitability and relays company values and procedures to other team members.
• Can handle Crew Lead position as needed.
• Acts as a Crew Lead in Training (Communicate with homeowners, collect payment installments, fill out change orders, work authorizations, and daily time sheets). ** Must be able to write and price Change Orders and have the client sign Change Orders.
• Responsible for ensuring protection for client’s property from theft, damage, or weather-related loss.
• Responsible for protecting any items that will be reused or cannot be removed from the construction area, such as cabinets, bushes, or pool tables…
• Also responsible for installing and maintaining a company job sign in the front of the job and maintaining a clean and organized job site.
• Acquire installer certifications for installation programs.
