POSITION SUMMARY:
Manages and coordinates the workflow of all telephone functions for multiple locations. Prepares operational analyses and reports, and audits current procedures to monitor and improve efficiency of phone communication with patients.
Provides daily direction and communication to employees on patient inquiries in a timely, efficient, and knowledgeable manner and assures those needed are directed to the appropriate personnel.

Requires utilization of EMR and Microsoft Suite including Excel and Word as well as excellent communication skills with patients and staff.
