What You'll Do
As a Call Center Customer Service Representative at European Wax Center, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest service and support. Located in the heart of our operations, you will assist guests with inquiries, reservations, and provide information about our services, contributing to our mission of enhancing personal care experiences.

Respond to guest inquiries via phone with professionalism and courtesy.
• Schedule reservations and manage guest records accurately.
• Provide detailed information about services and products to potential guests.
• Handle guest complaints effectively, ensuring satisfaction.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist guests.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery.
• Perform data entry tasks as required to keep records up-to-date.
• Uphold phone etiquette standards while communicating with guests.

What we are looking for
• Proven experience in customer service or call center roles is essential.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with data entry processes is beneficial.
• A positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
