Business Development Representative

$60-$75K + Performance Bonuses + Full Benefits
Linwood Trading Inc., an established Buffalo-based agricultural commodity trading company, is seeking a motivated, results-driven sales professional to join our growing team.
We are looking for an individual who enjoys developing new business, building lasting customer relationships, and identifying opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
Previous agricultural industry experience is not required.

Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities nationwide.
• Prospect and establish relationships with potential customers.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and business transactions.
• Develop and manage customer accounts.
• Collaborate with our trading and logistics teams.
Qualifications
• 2+ years of sales or business development experience preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, persistent, and results oriented.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong work ethic.
• Agricultural industry experience is a plus but not required.
