Salary Range: $50K – $65K /year

Responsibilities:
• Estimating Takeoffs including Line Work, Surface area, and Cut/Fills
• Contacting Subcontractors and Suppliers for Pre-Bid pricing
• MWBE Solicitations
• Issuing PO’s and Subcontracts
• Process Submittals and RFI Responses
• Cost & Invoice tracking
• Change order processing
• Contract Startup and Closeout Documentation

Willing to train motivated candidates interested in learning the construction industry.
