Job Requirements
Assembly or product test experience is ideal
Ability to read, write, and perform basic math functions
Ability to read blueprints and follow operation/work instructions
Ability to use hand tools, measuring devices, and other equipment required to perform job duties (training provided)
Ability to perform assembly work in a high-volume production environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a willingness to participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives
Willingness to learn new tasks, support team activities, and assist with training other team members
