Asphalt / Sealcoating Laborer in Lockport, NY

Salary Range: $16–$35/hour based on experience and skill

Prestige Paving and Sealing is hiring a dependable Asphalt/Sealcoating Laborer for the 2026 season.
Work includes asphalt paving support (raking, shoveling, lute work), sealcoating application, crack filling, driveway and parking lot prep, and general job site duties.
This is physically demanding outdoor work requiring reliability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to lift 50–75 lbs.
Pay: $16–$35/hour based on experience and skill. Overtime available.
Valid driver’s license required (CDL a plus).
Experience preferred but willing to train dependable applicants committed to the full season.
Schedule: Early mornings, 7 days/week during peak weather-dependent production.
