Appointment Setter – Modern Window of NY
Orchard Park, NY | In-Office | 30–35 Hours/Week
$16/hour + Performance Bonuses | Successful Setters Average $25/hour
Modern Window of NY is looking for a friendly, confident and motivated Appointment Setter to join our small team.
This position focuses on outbound calls to local homeowners who provided their information through community events, giveaways and local entry forms.
You'll use a proven script to introduce our promotional offer, have genuine conversations and schedule qualified in-home appointments.

Schedule: Monday & Thursday: 2–8 PM; Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday: 10 AM–4 PM
Additional hours available after training.

We're looking for someone who is:
• Friendly, professional, and comfortable on the phone
• Persistent and comfortable hearing “no”
• Self-motivated, dependable and goal-oriented
• Able to lead a conversation while still being a good listener
Previous customer service experience preferred. Phone or appointment-setting experience is helpful but not required — we'll train the right person. High school diploma/GED required.
