Salary Range: 20.00/hour

We are seeking a part-time member to join our team. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, professional, and possess strong communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask effectively. The position offers flexible hours, requiring 18-22 hours per week in the office spread across 3-5 days, between 8:30 and 4:30, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities Include:
Opening and distributing incoming mail and emails.
Welcoming guests, answering phone calls, and performing general clerical duties.
Maintaining electronic and hard-copy filing systems.
Typing, proofreading, and editing correspondence and meeting minutes.
Scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, site visits, and special events for the board and staff.
Update and post on the company social media sites.
Performing accounts payable using QuickBooks.
Preparing company newsletters.
Handling additional tasks to ensure efficient office operations.
