Accounts Payable Specialist PT in Sanborn, NY

Salary Range: $20-$23/hr. based on experience

KATZ Americas is a leading manufacturer of beverage coasters for the retail and consumer industry and is conveniently located in Sanborn, NY.

Immediate opening for a part-time Accounts Payable Specialist at 30 hours/week with occasional overtime as needed. This position is responsible for the accurate processing of all vendor invoices, including the proper coding of invoices, matching to vendor purchase orders and receiving documents, entry into SAP ERP system and processing weekly check runs. In addition, this position provides backup support for the Accounts Receivable function on an as needed basis. This support role entails customer invoicing and recording cash receipts for all forms of deposits (checks and credit cards).
$20-$23/hr. based on experience

Role to transition to fully remote during 2026.
