Accounts Administrator in Blasdell, NY

Salary Range: $30 -$34 /Hr

Carbon Activated Corporation is an expanding international environmental company specializing in water and air purification. The company has headquarters in Los Angelis, and additional manufacturing operations in West Virginia and Buffalo New York.

The Buffalo operation is seeking an Accounts Administrator who will report to the Director and be responsible for preparation of payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and assist in monthly profit and loss statements. The person will be assisted by an account’s assistant.

Experience:
Payroll preparation using Paylocity or similar program.
Sales invoicing
Purchase order processing
AR and AP
Data entry into SAP or similar.

The range -$30 -$34 /Hr

The person will have 2 years’ experience in an accounting position
with payroll responsibilities and knowledge of accounting programs
( SAP, QuickBooks, Excel.)
The position should appeal to person looking to gain experience.
working within an international company and expanding their
accounting responsibilities and knowledge.
Specific training will be provided.
