Accounting Manager in Buffalo, NY

Salary Range: $60,500 - $65,000 yearly

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 830am to 5pm, Fridays 8:30am to 2:30pm On-Site

Salary $60,500 -$65,000

As our Accounting Manager, you’ll be the backbone of our financial operations, responsible for:
• Performing high-volume bank and credit card reconciliations
• Creating and refining spreadsheets, trackers, and variance procedures
• Managing intercompany balances across all entities and preparing journal entries
• Reviewing and organizing rental leases and performing CAM reconciliations (must-have experience)
• Handling compliance tasks like sales tax filings and audit prep
• Maintaining expense reports, internal filing systems, and reporting
• Adapting to evolving needs as the organization grows and leading cross-functional initiatives

What We’re Looking For:
• Associates Degree or Higher
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data modeling)
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities
• Experience in rental lease management and CAM reconciliations
• Assertive, growth mindset
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a collaborative spirit
