Account Manager

Job Summary:
The Account Manager is responsible for overseeing client relationships, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and driving account success. This role serves as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing service coordination, proposals, and overall account performance while collaborating with internal teams and external partners to meet client expectations.

Essential Job Functions
1. General Duties
• Lead and support the Client Support Coordinators to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery
• Coordinate team efforts and provide guidance to improve client satisfaction and overall account performance
• Collaborate proactively with internal departments to ensure seamless service execution
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across all company systems and documentation
• Ensure completion of all scheduled tasks, follow-ups, and client deliverables
• Communicate effectively with management regarding client concerns requiring escalation
• Address service issues promptly to maintain quality standards and client satisfaction
• Identify trends and provide recommendations to improve processes and client support
• Oversee work order processes including creation, dispatch, follow-up, and resolution
• Effectively manage multiple priorities across various systems and platforms

2. Client Relationship Management
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships
• Manage client communications, including issue resolution and escalation handling
• Ensure all client services are delivered on time and meet quality expectations
• Partner with internal teams and affiliates to maintain high service standards and compliance
• Escalate technical or complex issues to appropriate internal experts as needed

3. Quoting & Follow-Up
• Review and validate affiliate and supplier proposals to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with client needs
• Present quotes to clients in a timely manner
• Follow up with clients to track approvals, answer questions, and move projects forward
• Maintain detailed documentation of all client communications and proposal statuses
• Collaborate directly with affiliates to clarify scope, pricing, and project details

4. Reporting & Quality Assurance
• Ensure timely completion and distribution of weekly and monthly client reports
• Monitor account performance and service levels to ensure expectations are met
• Support quality assurance efforts by identifying and addressing recurring issues

Qualifications
• Previous experience in account management, customer service, or a related field required
• Experience in insurance, collections, or service-based industries is a plus
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client accounts
• Proficiency in computer systems and data management
• High School Diploma or GED required
