Account Executive - Sales & Project Management – Custom SignageHanson Sign Companies is a Western New York custom signage manufacturer with a national wholesale customer base. We design, engineer, and build custom commercial signs for well-known brands and destinations across the U.S. We are seeking a motivated Account Executive to support our B2B sales, customer relationships, and project execution from concept through completion.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in sales, account management, project management, and design who enjoys working directly with customers and internal production teams.
What You’ll Do
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through phone calls, email, site visits, and occasional trade shows
• Design, estimate, and sell custom signage and manufacturing solutions
• Convert inbound leads into long-term customers using strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
• Follow up on quotes, identify customer needs, and propose cost-effective solutions
• Manage projects from initial concept through production, quality review, and delivery
• Coordinate with design, engineering, and manufacturing teams to ensure project success
• Inspect finished signage to confirm quality prior to shipping
• Resolve customer issues while maintaining satisfaction, margins, and timelines
• Support Senior Sales Management as needed and represent the company professionally
What We’re Looking For
• Experience as an Account Executive, Sales Representative, Project Manager, or Account Manager
• Strong B2B sales and customer service background
• Ability to understand, interpret, and create technical drawings and specifications
• Experience estimating projects and managing budgets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license required
• Associate degree or higher preferred
